Job Description

The Lobby Lounge Manager oversees daily operations of the Westin Melbourne’s lobby lounge, including service quality, team supervision, guest satisfaction, sales performance, stock control and compliance with food, beverage and safety standards. The role generally requires previous experience managing a hotel bar, lounge or premium restaurant, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, staff scheduling, cost control and customer relations. An Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is typically required.
