Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas to Marriott and Le Méridien standards. Duties include changing linens, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, following health and safety procedures, and respecting guest privacy. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is helpful but may not always be essential. The role requires good personal presentation, teamwork, polite guest interaction, flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and the ability to communicate in basic Thai or English.
