Job Description

The F&B Service Expert – Banquet supports the delivery of weddings, conferences, private functions and other events at The Tasman. Responsibilities typically include setting up and clearing event spaces, serving food and beverages, explaining menu items, maintaining presentation standards, processing guest requests and working closely with the kitchen and events teams. Candidates should have hospitality or food-and-beverage experience, strong customer-service and communication skills, a professional presentation, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected. Responsible service of alcohol certification or willingness to obtain it may be required.
