Company Info

Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is a luxury beachfront resort in Krabi, Thailand, operated under Marriott International’s Ritz-Carlton Reserve brand. The property is known for highly personalized service, private villas, elegant architecture, wellness experiences, fine dining, and a peaceful setting near the Andaman Sea. It serves international leisure travelers seeking privacy, nature, and exceptional hospitality rather than a conventional large resort experience. Employees work in a multicultural environment and receive exposure to demanding luxury-service standards, guest relations, rooms operations, food and beverage, and resort experiences. Marriott International provides structured career opportunities, training, and global mobility across its hotel portfolio. Phulay Bay’s remote, high-end setting also makes teamwork, cultural awareness, discretion, and consistent attention to detail especially important for every employee.

Destination Guide

Southern Thailand offers strong opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, wellness, diving, tourism, and guest services, particularly around Krabi, Phuket, Koh Samui, and nearby islands. Krabi is relaxed and scenic, with limestone cliffs, beaches, local markets, temples, and easy access to Railay, Koh Phi Phi, and Koh Lanta. Thai culture values politeness, respect for elders, modesty, and calm communication; learning basic Thai phrases is helpful. Island life is warm, outdoor-focused, and social, although transport can be limited and living costs vary by location. Hospitality employees should expect rotating shifts, seasonal demand, and humid weather. Foreign nationals generally need an employer-sponsored Non-Immigrant B visa and a Thai work permit before legally working. Employers may assist with paperwork, accommodation, meals, uniforms, and airport transfers. Bring certified documents, allow time for immigration processing, and confirm the complete benefits package before relocating.
