The Front Office Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, handles check-in and check-out, manages reservations and payments, responds to questions, and coordinates requests with other hotel departments. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional appearance, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy environment.
