Job Description

The Assistant Event Sales Manager supports the planning, promotion, and delivery of weddings, meetings, conferences, and other events at The Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui. Requirements typically include hospitality or business experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent organization, confidence dealing with clients, and good spoken and written English. Experience in hotel event sales, luxury hospitality, or a similar commercial role is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to develop client relationships, prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate with operational departments, manage event details accurately, achieve sales targets, and provide consistently high service standards. Flexibility, professional presentation, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are important.
