Job Description

The Manager of Residential Services oversees daily operations and guest services for The St. Regis Singapore’s luxury residences. The role typically requires experience in luxury hotels, serviced residences, or guest relations, with strong knowledge of residential operations, service standards, and complaint resolution. Candidates should have excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to coordinate effectively with housekeeping, engineering, security, and front-office teams. Fluency in English is expected; additional languages are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to deliver highly personalized service, maintain residence standards, support homeowners and guests, manage service recovery, coach colleagues, and ensure a polished St. Regis experience at all times.
