Job Description

The Butler Supervisor leads daily butler operations, ensuring personalized, discreet and efficient service for St. Regis guests. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching butlers, coordinating arrivals, departures, special requests and guest preferences, handling service recovery, maintaining luxury service standards, and working closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and other departments. Candidates should have previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in butler service or guest relations, together with strong communication, leadership and organizational skills. A polished appearance, cultural awareness, attention to detail, confidentiality, flexibility and the ability to remain calm under pressure are expected. Shift work, weekends and public holidays are normally required. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages and experience with hotel property-management systems are advantageous.
