Job Description

The Peppina Restaurant Manager leads daily operations of the hotel’s signature Italian restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards of service, food presentation, guest satisfaction and commercial performance. Requirements typically include proven restaurant or hotel management experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, staff scheduling, training, inventory control and workplace health and safety. Candidates should demonstrate confident leadership, excellent communication, sound financial awareness and a genuine passion for hospitality. Experience in a premium or luxury dining environment is advantageous. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, while maintaining a professional, welcoming approach with guests and supporting Marriott and Luxury Collection service standards.
