The Training Coordinator supports the resort’s learning and development activities, including arranging training sessions, maintaining employee records, preparing materials, tracking attendance, and helping departments meet required training standards. Candidates should have experience in hotel operations, human resources, administration, or training coordination, together with good communication, organization, and computer skills. Familiarity with Marriott systems or hospitality training is advantageous. The role requires a professional, approachable, and service-minded attitude, strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds in a busy resort environment.
