The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities. Typical duties include cleaning and servicing rooms, replenishing amenities, handling linen and supplies, reporting maintenance issues, following safety procedures and responding courteously to guest requests. Candidates should ideally have previous housekeeping or hotel experience, good attention to detail, physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently while standing, bending and lifting. A professional appearance, reliable work ethic, teamwork and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected. Knowledge of hygiene standards and basic English communication skills are advantageous.
