Job Description

The Butler provides personalized, discreet service to resort guests throughout their stay, handling arrivals, departures, special requests, reservations, transportation, amenities and in-room or villa assistance. Candidates should have previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations or butler service, excellent spoken English and strong communication skills. Knowledge of an additional language, local Bali experiences and hotel systems is an advantage. The role requires a polished appearance, attention to detail, cultural awareness, flexibility and the ability to anticipate guest needs. Candidates are expected to remain calm under pressure, protect guest privacy, coordinate effectively with other departments and deliver consistently warm, professional service across different shifts.
