Laundry Supervisor

Job Description

The Laundry Supervisor oversees daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, storage, and delivery of linen and guest garments. Candidates should have hotel laundry experience, knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of hygiene, safety, and quality standards. The role requires supervising team members, scheduling work, monitoring linen inventory, controlling costs, reporting equipment issues, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments. The successful candidate is expected to be reliable, physically fit, detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience with luxury hotels and familiarity with Marriott or Ritz-Carlton service standards would be advantageous.
