Job Description

The Executive Chef leads all culinary operations at Sthala, including menu development, food quality, kitchen organization, purchasing, cost control, hygiene, and team performance. Candidates are generally expected to have substantial experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader, preferably in an upscale hotel or resort. Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine, HACCP and food-safety standards, budgeting, recruitment, staff training, and banquet operations is required. The successful candidate should be creative, commercially aware, organized, and able to inspire a multicultural kitchen team while maintaining consistent standards during busy service periods. Experience with Marriott or other international hotel systems is advantageous.
