The Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms supports the hotel’s Rooms Division, overseeing front office, housekeeping, guest services and related operations. Candidates typically need several years of experience in hotel rooms management, strong knowledge of luxury or full-service hospitality standards, and proven leadership in a similar role. A hospitality degree or equivalent experience, excellent English communication, problem-solving ability and strong financial awareness are expected. The successful candidate should be highly organized, guest-focused and comfortable managing multicultural teams, operational targets, service recovery and departmental budgets. Flexibility, professional presentation and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are essential.
