Job Description

The Director of Operations leads the day-to-day operation of Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi Bay, overseeing guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, engineering, and other hotel departments. Candidates typically need substantial experience in hotel operations, preferably within an international or branded resort, along with strong leadership, budgeting, problem-solving, and guest-service skills. The role requires close attention to standards, health and safety, colleague development, financial performance, and owner expectations.
