Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily cleaning and presentation standards across guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Requirements generally include previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or resort, supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning procedures and hotel standards, and good communication skills. The successful candidate is expected to lead and train room attendants, inspect completed work, manage supplies, coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance, respond professionally to guest requests, and maintain hygiene, safety, and Bulgari service standards. Flexibility, cultural awareness, physical stamina, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays are important for this island-resort position.
