Job Description

The Director of Wellbeing will lead the resort’s spa, wellness and holistic health offering, ensuring an exceptional luxury guest experience. Candidates should have strong leadership experience in a high-end spa, resort or wellness environment, with knowledge of treatments, fitness, nutrition and wellbeing programs. The role requires excellent commercial awareness, budgeting and team-management skills, together with the ability to develop innovative wellness experiences aligned with Bulgari’s luxury standards. The successful candidate is expected to recruit and coach colleagues, maintain high service and hygiene standards, manage performance and profitability, and build strong relationships with guests and resort partners. International hospitality experience, excellent English communication and a calm, polished and culturally sensitive approach are likely to be important.
