Job Description

The Receptionist welcomes guests, handles check-in and check-out, manages reservations and room assignments, responds to enquiries, processes payments, and supports a smooth guest experience. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional appearance, basic computer knowledge, and good English; knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil is advantageous. Previous hotel or front-office experience is preferred, although suitable hospitality graduates may be considered.
