Job Description

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering professional massages, body treatments, facials and other wellness services while maintaining high standards of guest care. Candidates should have recognized spa or beauty therapy qualifications, practical experience in a hotel or resort spa, strong knowledge of treatment techniques and good personal presentation. Customer service, communication and sales skills are important, as therapists are expected to understand guest needs, recommend suitable treatments and promote spa products responsibly. The role also requires flexibility, attention to hygiene, punctuality and the ability to work independently or as part of a multicultural team. Resort experience and familiarity with international wellness standards would be an advantage.
