Job Description

The Sales & Groups Coordinator supports the hotel’s group and event sales team by handling enquiries, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records, coordinating site visits, assisting with contracts, and communicating with clients and internal departments. The role typically requires experience in hotel sales, groups, events, reservations, or administration, along with strong organization, communication, and customer-service skills. Candidates should be confident using Microsoft Office and hotel sales or property-management systems, fluent in English, and able to manage deadlines accurately. Knowledge of the Bahrain hospitality market and additional languages may be advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be professional, commercially aware, detail-focused, responsive to clients, and comfortable working flexibly in a luxury hotel environment, including weekends or busy event periods.
