Job Description

The Event Executive supports the planning, coordination and delivery of meetings, conferences, weddings and other functions at Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel events, banqueting, catering or hospitality operations; strong organization and communication skills; proficiency in English; and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Arabic or additional languages may be advantageous. The candidate is expected to liaise with clients and internal departments, prepare event documentation, coordinate set-up and service details, respond promptly to enquiries, monitor guest satisfaction and help ensure events meet Marriott and Sheraton standards. Flexibility, professional presentation, attention to detail and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays are important.
