The Reservations Agent manages room and service bookings, responds to guest enquiries, confirms and modifies reservations, records guest preferences, and coordinates with Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams. Candidates are expected to have customer-service or hotel reservations experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidence using reservation or property-management systems. Fluency in Spanish and good English are normally required; additional languages are advantageous. The role requires a professional, warm manner, accurate administrative work, sales awareness, flexibility for shifts and the ability to remain calm while handling multiple requests. This is a temporary replacement contract at The Madrid EDITION.
