Job Description

The F&B and Event Service Expert supports food and beverage operations for meetings, functions and guest events at Brisbane Marriott Hotel. Requirements generally include previous experience in hospitality, banquet or restaurant service, strong communication skills, professional presentation and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to provide attentive service, set up and clear event spaces, serve food and beverages accurately, follow hygiene and safety standards, respond to guest requests and work effectively as part of a busy team.
