The Room Attendant maintains guest rooms and assigned areas to Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre standards. Duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing amenities, replacing linens, reporting maintenance issues, respecting guest privacy, and following health, safety, and hotel procedures. Candidates should be reliable, physically fit, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is helpful but may not be essential, as training is commonly provided. The role requires good personal presentation, a service-minded attitude, teamwork, flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and basic communication skills in English or Malay.
