Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas to JW Marriott standards. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred, although training may be provided. The role requires good personal presentation, basic communication skills, respect for guest privacy, and the ability to follow cleaning, hygiene, safety, and lost-and-found procedures. Candidates are expected to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, cooperate with colleagues, report maintenance issues, and deliver polite, discreet service that creates a comfortable guest experience.
