Job Description

The F&B Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the hotel’s restaurants, catering services, banquets, and food-and-beverage packages to corporate clients, groups, event organizers, and individual customers. Typical requirements include a degree or diploma in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field; previous hotel, catering, or sales experience; strong communication and negotiation skills; and confidence using customer relationship and office systems. The successful candidate is expected to meet sales targets, develop client relationships, prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate with operations teams, conduct property presentations, follow up on leads, and ensure excellent guest service. Flexibility, professional presentation, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and events are important.
