Job Description

The F&B Server welcomes guests, explains menus, takes accurate food and beverage orders, serves items promptly, clears and resets tables, processes payments, and helps maintain a clean, appealing restaurant environment. Candidates should have strong customer-service and communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is helpful, although training may be provided. Flexibility is expected for shifts, weekends, holidays, and changing business needs. Japanese-language ability is likely important for serving local guests, while English or other languages may be advantageous in this international hotel. Candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, well-groomed, and legally eligible to work in Japan.
