Sales Executive - Reactive

Job Description

The Sales Executive – Reactive supports the resort’s reactive sales activities by responding to enquiries, preparing proposals, following up leads and converting opportunities into confirmed rooms, events or group business. Candidates should have hotel, resort, tourism or sales experience, strong written and verbal English, good computer skills and confidence using sales or customer relationship systems. Marriott experience is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate is expected to be responsive, commercially minded, organised and professional, with excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills. The role also requires close cooperation with reservations, revenue, events and operations teams, while consistently delivering Marriott service standards and achieving sales targets.
