Job Description

The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section, preparing and cooking food to Four Points by Sheraton standards, and maintaining consistent quality, presentation, and portion control. Requirements typically include professional culinary training or relevant kitchen experience, knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The successful candidate should be organized, reliable, team-oriented, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities also include preparing ingredients, monitoring stock, minimizing waste, keeping the workstation clean, and supporting junior kitchen colleagues. Experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant kitchen is preferred.
