Job Description

The Commis III supports the kitchen team with food preparation, basic cooking, portioning, plating, and maintaining clean, organized workstations. Candidates are generally expected to have culinary training or relevant kitchen experience, although entry-level applicants with strong interest may be considered. Familiarity with food-safety and hygiene standards, safe equipment handling, teamwork, punctuality, and the ability to work under pressure are important. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate should be willing to learn from senior chefs, follow recipes and instructions accurately, minimize waste, and consistently maintain Marriott and Sheraton quality standards.
