The role supports EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice by analyzing financial, commercial, operational, and customer data for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. Requirements typically include a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, data analytics, or a related field; strong Excel and data-analysis skills; and the ability to interpret large datasets and present clear findings. Experience in transaction advisory, consulting, financial analysis, due diligence, or business intelligence is advantageous. Candidates are expected to manage multiple priorities, work accurately under deadlines, communicate confidently with clients and teams, and demonstrate sound commercial judgment. Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other analytics tools may be beneficial.
