Job Description

EY is seeking a Dynamics CRM Technical Manager to lead the design, development, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions within its Global Delivery Services team in the Philippines. Candidates are expected to have strong experience with Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM, customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, solution architecture, and technical delivery. Experience managing teams, coordinating with international stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and overseeing quality, risks, and timelines is important. Microsoft certifications, Agile delivery experience, and familiarity with Azure, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies would be advantageous.
