Job Description

This role supports the delivery of payroll services within EY’s Global Delivery Services Tax practice. Requirements typically include a bachelor’s degree, relevant payroll, tax, accounting, finance, or business-process experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll systems. Experience handling payroll data, reconciliations, statutory requirements, client requests, and process documentation is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to manage tasks accurately and on schedule, follow controls and confidentiality standards, investigate discrepancies, communicate professionally with internal teams and clients, and contribute to continuous process improvement. As a senior team member, the candidate may also support junior colleagues, coordinate deliverables, and help maintain consistent service quality.
