Job Description

The GDS Tax - Payroll Senior Manager leads payroll tax services for EY clients, overseeing compliance, payroll calculations, reporting, process controls, and service delivery across teams. The role typically requires a degree in accounting, finance, taxation, business, or a related field, with substantial experience in payroll, employment tax, or global mobility services. Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is advantageous. Candidates are expected to manage complex client engagements, review technical work, resolve escalations, improve processes, and coach professionals.
