Job Description

The Security Officer helps protect guests, employees, property and hotel assets at Novotel Johor Bahru City Centre. Typical requirements include relevant security experience, good physical fitness, alertness, integrity and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Candidates should communicate clearly, respond calmly to incidents, follow emergency and access-control procedures, monitor surveillance systems, conduct patrols and prepare accurate reports. Experience in a hotel or customer-facing environment, basic first-aid knowledge and familiarity with Malaysian security procedures are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to provide professional, courteous service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
