Job Description

The Breakfast Cook prepares and presents high-quality breakfast dishes for hotel guests, including buffet items, cooked-to-order meals and menu preparations. Candidates should have commercial kitchen experience, sound food-safety knowledge and the ability to follow recipes, portion standards and hygiene procedures. A relevant cookery qualification or equivalent practical experience is advantageous. The role requires early-morning availability, including weekends and public holidays, along with good organisation, speed and attention to detail during busy service periods. The successful candidate is expected to work cooperatively with the kitchen team, maintain clean work areas, minimise waste and consistently deliver Sofitel’s standards for quality, presentation and guest satisfaction.
