Job Description

The AC & Refrigeration Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting air-conditioning, refrigeration and related mechanical systems throughout the hotel. Candidates should have relevant technical qualifications, practical experience with HVAC and refrigeration equipment, and a sound understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. The role requires the ability to read technical manuals, identify faults, carry out preventive maintenance and respond quickly to guest or operational requirements. Experience in a hotel, resort or commercial building is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to work safely, follow maintenance schedules, keep accurate service records, communicate effectively with colleagues and contractors, and provide dependable support during emergencies. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is also expected.
