Raffles Doha seeks a Sales Coordinator who speaks Russian and can support the hotel’s sales team with client communication, proposals, contracts, reports, appointments, and general administration. Candidates are expected to have hospitality or sales coordination experience, strong organization and communication skills, professional English, and fluent Russian. Knowledge of hotel sales systems, Microsoft Office, and the Doha luxury market is advantageous. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, a polished professional manner, and the ability to coordinate effectively with rooms, events, finance, and other departments. The successful candidate should be commercially aware, guest-focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced luxury-hospitality environment.
