First-aid, safeguarding or childcare qualifications are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to plan and lead games, arts and crafts, sports, educational sessions and themed activities, maintain a welcoming and secure environment, supervise children responsibly, communicate with parents and cooperate with the wider resort team. A professional appearance, positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts are also expected.
