Job Description

The Security Supervisor is expected to oversee daily security operations, supervise guards, conduct patrols, monitor CCTV and access points, respond to incidents, and complete accurate reports. The role typically requires previous security experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment, knowledge of emergency procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team. Candidates should be physically fit, observant, calm under pressure, guest-focused, and willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
