Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but Dubai offers a coastal lifestyle with beaches, resort islands and extensive international job opportunities. Hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, wellness, events, technology and finance are major employment sectors, particularly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The culture blends Emirati traditions with a large international population; modest dress and respectful behavior are expected, especially during Ramadan. Lifestyle options range from beaches, shopping and restaurants to desert activities and cultural attractions. Employers usually sponsor work visas, residence permits and medical checks for overseas hires. Candidates should confirm whether accommodation, transport, meals, insurance, flights and gratuity are included. Dubai is well connected and convenient, although rent and daily expenses can be high without employer support. A valid passport, authenticated qualifications where required and a formal employment offer are normally needed for relocation.
