The Duty Manager supports the daily operation of Mondrian Singapore Duxton, ensuring smooth guest experiences across the hotel and resolving issues promptly. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel front office or guest services, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with hotel operating systems. The candidate should be confident leading colleagues during shifts, coordinating with housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and security teams, and handling guest complaints professionally. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. A service-focused attitude, strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are important. Relevant hospitality qualifications and multilingual ability may be advantageous.
