Job Description

The Steward supports the kitchen and food-and-beverage teams by washing dishes, cleaning utensils, equipment and work areas, handling waste correctly, and maintaining high hygiene standards. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment. Previous stewarding, kitchen or hospitality experience is helpful but may not always be essential. The role requires attention to cleanliness, safe chemical use, teamwork, flexibility with shifts, and willingness to work weekends and public holidays. The candidate is expected to follow Novotel and Accor procedures, support chefs and service colleagues promptly, and comply with food-safety, health and workplace-safety requirements.
