Job Description

The Painter is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s interior and exterior appearance through painting, touch-ups, surface preparation, wallpapering, and minor decorative repairs. Candidates should have practical painting experience, knowledge of preparation techniques, paint products, tools, and safe working practices. Attention to detail, physical fitness, good color awareness, and the ability to work neatly in guest areas are important. Hospitality or hotel maintenance experience is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to follow hotel standards, complete work efficiently, keep tools and work areas clean, respond to maintenance requests, and coordinate professionally with the Engineering and other hotel teams. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays may be required.
