Job Description

The Executive Housekeeper leads Sofitel Singapore City Centre’s housekeeping operation, ensuring guestrooms, public areas, linen services and related facilities meet luxury-brand standards. Requirements typically include several years of supervisory or managerial experience in hotel housekeeping, strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene, staffing, budgeting and quality control, plus good communication and organisational skills. Experience in an upscale or international hotel is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to manage and coach the housekeeping team, coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering, control costs and inventories, respond promptly to guest needs, and maintain consistent standards of cleanliness, safety and service. Flexibility, attention to detail and the ability to work weekends and public holidays are important.
