Job Description

The Front Office Receptionist welcomes guests, handles check-in and check-out, manages reservations and payments, answers enquiries, and supports a smooth hotel stay. Candidates should have strong customer-service and communication skills, a professional presentation, basic computer ability, and confidence using hotel systems. Previous reception or hospitality experience is helpful, although suitable applicants with a positive attitude may be considered.
