Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the smooth daily operation of ibis Wellington’s restaurant, bar and related service areas. Requirements typically include previous hospitality or supervisory experience, strong customer-service skills, good communication, and the ability to lead a team during busy periods. The successful candidate is expected to coordinate service, maintain food safety and presentation standards, handle guest requests and complaints professionally, assist with training, monitor stock and cash procedures, and work flexibly across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. A positive attitude, reliability, attention to detail and the legal right to work in New Zealand are important.
