The Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage supports the day-to-day operation of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets and other dining services. Applicants should have relevant hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisory or assistant management role, along with strong customer service, communication and team leadership skills. The position requires confidence managing service standards, staff rosters, stock control, hygiene procedures, guest concerns and operational targets. Candidates are expected to lead by example, remain calm in a busy environment, support staff development and help deliver consistent, high-quality experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is normally required. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, basic financial controls and workplace health and safety is advantageous.
