The Bellboy welcomes guests, assists with luggage, escorts them to rooms, explains hotel facilities, supports arrivals and departures, and helps provide a smooth guest experience. Candidates should be friendly, well-presented, reliable, physically able to handle luggage, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Good communication skills and a service-minded attitude are essential; English is normally expected, while Spanish and other languages are valuable. Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer-facing role is helpful but may not always be required. The successful candidate is expected to remain attentive, professional, and knowledgeable about the property and local area while working closely with Front Office and other departments.
